Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and MintyGum LLC ("we", "us") and cover the Hooligan app and the hooligan.football website. By using Hooligan you accept them. Where the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, these terms add to it.

Using Hooligan

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Hooligan. Don't reverse engineer the app, abuse or overload the service, scrape or republish its content in bulk, or use Hooligan to break the law.

Scores, stories and summaries

Scores, line-ups and statistics come from third-party data providers and can arrive late or be corrected after the fact. Hooligan's stories, translations and summaries are written by software from articles that publishers have made public, and they can contain mistakes; the original article is always one tap away and is the authority. Nothing in Hooligan is betting advice.

Articles, photographs and other material from publishers belong to them, and links take you to their own websites. Club and competition names, crests and other marks belong to their owners. Hooligan is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any club, league, federation or player.

Hooligan+

Hooligan is free to use. Hooligan+ is an optional subscription that adds summaries with two fingers, a choice of app icons, and no ads. It is billed through your Apple Account and renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown before you bought it, until you cancel in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Occasional offers — such as three months at a reduced price — renew the same way. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.

Service changes

We are a small company building Hooligan carefully. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service; we will treat subscribers fairly if we ever must.

Disclaimers

Hooligan is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Hooligan and delete your data at any time in the app (You → Delete my data). We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app or on this page before the change takes effect.
